Hill Investments Enterprises, Inc. was established 10 years ago and specializes in entitlements and zoning management for property owners predominantly in the Industrial sector throughout the Southern California region. With a combined 35 years of experience between the two partners our long history of development has been met with many different road blocks and hurdles all of which we’ve learned from in order to further our expertise in a difficult world of entitlements in California. 

​Navigating this process is very challenging but its our relationships with strategic partners, colleagues and clientele that have made us successful over the past 10 years. Austin Hill

Principal

A student athlete graduate from UCLA and four year letter in the football program has helped shape Austin’s drive and work ethic in every challenge he faces. As a political science major Austin has been able to manage and navigate some of the more difficult climates and jurisdictions in working towards a partnership that forms into more of a joint venture by combining the desires for both parties and creating a like minded structure that helps grow each governing body that he comes into contact with.

Austin started as a Broker at Lee & Associates where he is still licensed and an agency there but his focus has turned toward value add opportunities by taking properties from a land use designation and turning them into a more profitable land use designation therefore maximizing the Land Owners value and​ creating a dynamic environment for partners and investors to partake in a great future development.
