Redlands, CA

4.5 Acres in Redlands, CA. Zoned Light Industrial with a pending rezone to High Density Residential given the neighboring multi family project.

Bloomington, CA

3 Parcels adding up to 14 Acres of Residentially owned land located in the City of Bloomington. Worked through a 5 year rezone to Industrial given the rail yard directly across the way and maximized the Sellers value.

Cabazon, CA

407 Acres located in Cabazon with multiple easements through the property, access restraints and zoning issues. Project is currently in the preliminary stages.
